When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

full scale, universal, beyond universal, your problems, our problems, everybody’s problems are mundane. the death of civilization is a pimple on the universe’s back. so we invent god, name us his chosen ones, and ta da! self importance

Wow!
Thanks alot for the comment's ya'll! ^-^d
this was really fun sketching! Usually when I draw stuff, I get way into it, to the point where I'm thinking too hard. It's not fun that way. 808-kid said it looks "free", and funny enough, that's exactly how I felt drawing it ^-^
thanks again!

I appreciate that you took time to visit my end
But I truly believe that you'll blow right by me in terms of skill in a couple of years

but from what I learned in the past three years is that studying realism is very important as well. I musta said it a million times by now
someone once told me that no matter what you draw, realism is important--EVERY SINGLE THING in art (no matter the style) is merely an extension of what's real (in other words, anything you've seen drawn, you've probably seen in real life)
what I'm getting at is that if you want to draw people (no matter the style) you should also study drawing real people. Studying the human anatomy and drawing real people helps you get better at drawing people (no matter the style).
In even shorter words, drawing real people can help you get better at drawing fictional characters.
for a good example, look no further than the great Hyung-Tae Kim!!! His blend of realism and anime is uncanny
and the same rules apply to anything else, buildings, trees, land, clouds....study the real, and become better at drawing the fictional
Ok, I typed alot 0_0.....Of course, you don't have to do all of this right now, just think about it in the future
